After this deadline, the production being launched we will not proceed to refund or any changes to the order.

Nous fabriquons nos modèles à la demande. Leur production peut donc prendre un peu de temps. L'expédition consiste à l'envoi de nos produits depuis nos usines à nos partenaires assurant la livraison finale.

At the time of delivery, the Customer must unpack the Product in the presence of the Delivery / Courier and check that the Product delivered corresponds to his order and that no damage affects his product before signing the delivery.

In the event of an anomaly, the Customer must enter precisely the nature of his remarks on the delivery note. Theses remarks must be handwritten, dated, detailed and accompanied by a signature on the delivery note.

The mention "damaged product" is, for example, not sufficiently explicit. The Customer must inform the nature of the damage: scratches, dents, etc. Similarly, if a delivery error is found, the Customer must specify the nature of the error: bad color, round feet instead of squares, bad reference, etc.
