If you change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by our delivery partners. Just contact us so that we cancel your order and refund you.

Cancellations made after the shipment of the order must be made at the time of delivery by refusing to receive the order or within 14 days after sending the items by contacting us.

Once you have informed us of your cancellation request, we will arrange to have your item picked up by our courier service who will contact you promptly to arrange a pick-up date. You will be fully refunded (less any return or pickup fees specified below) once we have received the item.

Shipment within 6 - 8 weeks

We manufacture our models on demand. Their production can therefore take a little time. The shipment consists of sending our products from our factories to our partners providing final delivery.

At the time of delivery, the Customer must unpack the Product in the presence of the Delivery / Courier and check that the Product delivered corresponds to his order and that no damage affects his product before signing the delivery.

In the event of an anomaly, the Customer must enter precisely the nature of his reservations on the delivery note. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed and accompanied by a signature on the delivery note.

The mention "damaged product" is, for example, not sufficiently explicit. The Customer must inform the nature of the damage: scratches, dents, tasks, etc. Similarly, if a delivery error is found, the Customer must specify the nature of the error: bad color, round feet instead of squares, bad reference, etc.
